What's the Story?

Ah, my first story published (well, posted) onto the internet.

So, after however long it has taken me to write this, I can now let you lot enjoy it. Providing there is anyone actually reading this.

The story itself is titled I Remember the Clown, which hopefully doesn't give anything away.

I should put down a small blurb here, but I can't write one without making it sound really cheesy or ruining the whole plot (I'll get better at writing blurbs soon enough). But I'll give you a little go at a blurb anyway:

The book is about five trick or treaters that visit a house that they usually wouldn't visit, and the events that follow lead to even worse events.

To sum it up; classic Halloween.

If you would like to read it, please click here.

If you have anything to say about the book, or would like to do a review of some sorts, please comment it here. Or don't; do what you want.

(I do not recommend viewing the document on mobile...)

EDIT FROM 2016:

So looking back at this, I've realised that this story is basically almost a rib-off of Stephen King's It. (Which, I'd like to add, is actually a fantastic book.) So apologies if this upsets anyone. I mean, look, it's still a different story, but a lot of the same elements are there. Just — just ... please don't sue me or something. I'm only a kid, man! Sympathy?

Nevertheless, please do give my short story a read, and tell me what you thought. It could probably do with another read through, and a few corrections, from my part — but still, I enjoyed writing it, eh?

Untitled #1

Right. I'm going to blog now.

The only struggle with doing this is that if anyone I know finds this, I could either be made fun of, or just be left completely embarrassed. So while writing this I need to pretend that someone I know is reading it.

I've tried blogging before, but I quickly discovered I didn't like doing it; I just felt a bit odd, you know? Also, the factor I mentioned in the previous paragraph could have something to do with it.

But unfortunately, I am blogging. I have a relatively good reason for this.

I want to be an author, and to be one, I am told, it is best to start blogging. I think it's so people recognise my stories or something - I don't know. But yes, that is why I am currently making this blog post.

And I should probably have something better to say on my first post but I don't have anything more to say other than the fact that I will post a Halloween story on here tomorrow.
